We supply DIY shed kits throughout South East Queensland, Western Downs and South Burnett. Availability, delivery requirements and costs depend on the project and delivery location.

This may be possible for a supply-only kit or an agreed project arrangement, but the slab must meet the building and engineering requirements. Responsibilities should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Eligible residential work including residential sheds, carports and patios, are covered under the Queensland Home Warranty Insurance Scheme through Shell Brandt Pty Ltd, QBCC licence 15180384. The scheme generally provides cover for structural defects for six years and six months and non-structural defects for six months, subject to QBCC eligibility, exclusions and claim requirements. Commercial and farm sheds are not covered through the Queensland Home Warranty Insurance Scheme, though they are covered under a 12 Month Workmanship Warranty provided by Shell Brandt Pty Ltd.Eligible BlueScope steel roofing and walling may separately qualify for a 15-year warranty against corrosion to perforation, subject to BlueScope's conditions.

No. BlueScope's warranty is a material warranty for eligible steel products and applications; it is not a blanket 15-year warranty covering every component or the installation. Customers should review and apply for the relevant BlueScope warranty and check all conditions.

Customers generally arrange their own soil test if they want one completed. The project documentation and site requirements will determine whether any specific testing or additional information is required before work can proceed.

A sloping site may require additional assessment, preparation, drainage or construction work. Earthworks and drainage are considered following a site inspection and may be quoted at an additional cost. We may also be able to construct small retaining walls where required for a cut. Customers generally arrange larger cuts and major earthworks using a suitably equipped contractor.

Approval requirements depend on the location, property, building size, intended use and applicable planning and building rules. Confirm the requirements for your property before work begins. We will identify any approval or documentation responsibilities included in our quotation, but you should not assume approval is automatic.
